As experts in tailoring content for multilingual audiences, we’re very excited about attending LocWorld30!
The Localization World conferences for international business, translation, localisation and global website management take place this year in Tokyo, Dublin and Montreal. The Tokyo conference will take place during 13–15 April 2016 and our directors Robert Timms and Per Severinsen will be present on Thursday 14 April.
The event will provide attendees with an in-depth insight into maximising language and translation services, as well as technology – something on which translate plus is already heavily focused. We are constantly updating and improving our service offering for our clients in line with the fast-paced business environment. We understand that in order for a business to remain competitive, factors such as time-to-market, cost efficiency and international growth are of high importance. That’s why we created our cloud-based translation-management software, i plus® – allowing our clients to centralise all of their language projects in an easy, transparent, secure and efficient way.
Localisation is not merely directly translating text; it is adapting content to create the desired reaction from the target audience. This can only be achieved through having a knowledge of the target culture, understanding the topic area, maintaining the brand voice, effectively utilising resources and presenting high-quality content at the right time, through various media. The translate plus team is experienced in all of these areas and look forward to networking with other attendees to share our knowledge!
