Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA)

We provide linguistic quality assurance with quality processes adhering to ISO 17100, helping our clients easily measure translation quality no matter the size or scale of their operation.

We use a unique classification system, scoring translations by:

  • Specific categories (includes spelling, style, syntax, etc.)
  • Impact levels (inconsequential, major and critical)

Our LQA model also takes the sample size (number of words and documents) and the intended usage of the text into account, in order to offer the most relevant assessment of the translation quality.

We also provide individual linguistic quality assurance reports and can collate this information into master reports to facilitate trend and data analysis over time by language, project, document or workflow.
