We are delighted to be able to announce our official ranking as one of the world’s top 75 language services providers (LSPs).
Released on 31 May 2013 by localisation industry analysts Common Sense Advisory, the report titled The Language Services Market: 2013 ranks translate plus as the 67th top-grossing LSP among more than 27,600 vendors around the world. In the same report, translate plus was also identified as the 6th largest localisation vendor in Scandinavia, thanks to our strong performance in Denmark and Sweden.
This year’s global ranking is an increase of 15 places compared to 2012 – proof that our commitment to excellence attracts and retains clients who value high-quality and cost-effective services, and a fantastic endorsement of the efforts put in by the whole translate plus team.
We are particularly proud of our growth in the Nordic region, as many competitors saw their results stagnate in the face of a competitive marketplace and tough economic conditions.
The full list of the largest 100 LSPs, along with the complete report, is available directly from Common Sense Advisory.
As part of the study Common Sense Advisory, which has published market size estimates and global rankings for the past eight years, found that the demand for language services continues, and is growing at an annual rate of 5.13%. According to the report, global trade, international business, and content growth are three critical drivers for the language services industry.
