Due to our fantastic continued growth and some recent large contract wins, we are recruiting for a number of vacancies for a variety of roles within translate plus.
We are very excited to be growing our teams in three departments and we would love to hear from you if you feel you would be great for any of these positions. German Speaking Project Manager/Account Manager – A challenging London-based role that requires you quite simply to apply common sense, be polite and organised and to keep calm when times are busy. You must be a German native speaker with at least 2 years’ translation management experience.
IT Software Engineer – This is a varied and challenging position that reports directly to the IT Manager. What we ask is that you are enthusiastic, have good practical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills and are eager to learn. You must have at least one year’s programming experience in VB.NET and ASP.NET (ideally using Visual Studio 2008 or 2010) and knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (ideally 2008 or 2008 R2).
Assistant Bid Manager – A temporary-to-permanent role, in which you will work alongside sales and operations converting/analysing different file types, preparing quotes and indentifying any challenges for the subsequent translation process. You must come from a linguistic background and have excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
