This year alone, we’ve already been named as an International Growth Hero by London & Partners, have successfully launched a new gaming-specific brand called Jackpot Translation, and have been included in the Mayor of London’s International Business Programme. The new office is a vital step towards our company’s continued geographic expansion to increase our presence in key growth markets. Given that Sofia is Bulgaria’s capital and its largest city, we chose this location to better reach out to new clients, as well as to be closer to our existing clients within the region.
Our new Bulgarian office will also enable us to support our European client base in general. Home to our local account managers and client services department, the in-country Bulgarian team are able to maximise our service offering, providing assistance during more convenient working hours for those in European time zones.
