translate plus pass ISO audits with flying colours once again

Published on June 11th, 2021

translate plus are delighted to announce that we passed an external ISO surveillance audit, which took place earlier in May.

Every year, our systems are audited by an independent third party to ensure that our objectives and existing management procedures including QA (Quality Assurance) workflows, environmental management practices and processes specific to the management and delivery of high quality translation services, are fit for purpose and above all, meet the required quality standards.

The evaluation criteria for these processes and key principles of compliance are set out in the following ISO certifications, which we currently hold:

  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
  • ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems)
  • ISO 17100 (Translation services — Requirements for translation services)

Once again, we passed these checks with zero non-conformances and our systems were found to be operating in full compliance with the ISO standard practices.
