Introducing our new operations team!

As a fast-growing company, we are always looking for ways to anticipate the needs of our clients and also to keep up with their demands! To this end, we have expanded our internal Operations Department with a new dedicated team, and we are in the process of recruiting for a number of other positions throughout our international offices.

As of February 2013 we now have a sixth dedicated operations team who will be focusing on the following areas:

·         Voice recording

·         Voiceover

·         Transcription

·         Script translation

·         Transcreation

·         Training/e-learning

We have many clients for whom we carry out these services, and over the past few months demand for them has grown further. In order to best meet our clients’ needs, we have decided to set up a fully dedicated operations team to focus specifically on these areas. This way we can ensure our clients are always receiving the best level of support possible.
