Excellent client feedback from Push Gaming

Receiving great feedback from our clients is one of the perks of the job. When it happens we like to share it with our colleagues, as it is a real team effort here and we want everyone to feel proud of what they achieve every day. However, when we received the feedback below, well – we just had to share it with everyone!

After working with translate plus on two software application projects, my full feedback is as follows:

1. Translations are delivered in an XML format that we specify. This makes our update process very simple: overwrite the files into our app source and we’re done.

2. The speed at which work is completed is very impressive, whether the work entails a few small edits to existing translations, or the full translation of an app in 20 languages.  Often we’re under tight delivery deadlines and having the confidence in translate plus to deliver results quickly makes language translation issues one less thing for us to worry about when we’re scrambling to meet our deadline.

3. The pricing is very competitive, and fair, on a per-word basis.

4. The customer service is excellent. Responses to our queries are fast and friendly. When we encounter issues, they are quickly investigated and resolved.

5. Based on feedback from native speakers with experience within our industry, we’ve found that the quality of the translations is very good, especially considering that they are within an industry-specific context.

I honestly cannot find any faults in your service. It’s been a pleasurable and painless experience working with your team thus far.
