translate plus have been independently certified for the EN 15038 translation quality standard

We are very pleased to announce that translate plus successfully passed our external audit for the EN 15038 translation standard, with no non-compliances found!

EN 15038 is an international translation quality standard. Unlike some translation companies, who choose to “self-declare” compliance with the requirements of the standard, translate plus have been independently certified by an external auditor. This means that regular audits are carried out to assess that the necessary quality measures are in place and, if these were found to be lacking, the certification would be revoked.

The standard covers not only the core translation process, but all related procedures that are necessary for the delivery of the service. After a two-day audit, translate plus passed with flying colours, demonstrating our commitment to achieving the highest quality results for our clients.

EN 15038 recognises the professional competence of all parties involved in the translation process, including translators, project managers, proofreaders, revisers and reviewers. Achieving the EN 15038 certification is a great achievement and complements our existing ISO 9001 certification, meaning our clients can trust us to deliver exceptional quality every time.
