Coronavirus update

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we’d like to reassure you that translate plus have taken all the necessary measures required to protect our people from further exposure and we’re currently doing our utmost to support and serve all clients, suppliers and partners throughout these critical times.

We are constantly keeping an eye on the latest news and global developments on the outbreak and are strictly following the guidelines provided by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and local governments to keep all the lovely people we work with safe and healthy, whilst continuing to operate as normal with minimum to zero disruptions.

In line with these guidelines, most of our teams now work remotely and conduct virtual meetings with clients and colleagues while non-essential business travel has been suspended until further notice.

Employees who have also shown early symptoms or travelled from affected countries have been advised to self-isolate.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our colleagues and clients, whilst delivering a high quality service is our key priority at the moment.

We will continue monitoring the situation closely and provide any further updates in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, if you have any concerns or require further advice, please get in touch with our customer service team or speak directly to your Account Manager. They’ll be more than happy to answer your questions or provide assistance.
