We are now looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Client Services & Growth Manager to join our high-performing Sales team. In this role, you will generate new and expand existing business and help with the management of the Sales teams, which include business development, account management as well as other supporting teams. This is a newly created position, and as a Client Services & Growth Manager you will be reporting directly to the Client Services Director of translate plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for building strong client relationships by overseeing the accounts team in delivering quality projects that are appropriate for the client’s needs
  • Responsible for finding growth opportunities within our clients’ portfolio in line with our overall business and growth strategy.
  • Get involved in client tenders and pitches (respond to RFQs/RFIs/RFPs, develop engagement models, tailor responses and solutions).
  • Manage and oversee clients’ enquiries and quoting within the team and align on general and client-specific pricing strategies, quoting SLAs, pricing models for new services etc.
  • To retain clients as per the business targets
  • Oversee recruitment, training and development of the Client Services Team
  • Management of the Client Services Team, setting and monitoring KPI’s and conducting 1 to 1’s and Implement process and system improvements, embedding best practices within your team.
  • Work with the compliance & legal teams to manage and implement compliant business processes, mitigate risk and manage any complaints that may arise.
  • Additional administrative and management duties as required.

Skills and experience required for a (Client Services & Growth Manager):

  • Relevant experience working in the language services industry in a similar role at the managerial level
  • People management experience
  • Good knowledge of the language services industry and emerging trends
  • Direct experience in selling B2B localisation services is an advantage
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience in responding to tenders and pitches is a must
  • Excellent outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English in particular)
  • An equal love for, generating revenue, hitting personal and team targets and delivering an outstanding customer service
  • Driven and self-motivated
