It was with great pleasure and pride that we received two Gold Stevie Awards in Barcelona in October 2013, one for the best Business Services Company and the other in the People’s Choice Award.
One thing is to achieve excellent growth figures year after year and to create great profits, which essentially allows us to reinvest in the company to ensure the platform for a great future. Another thing, however, is to be recognised not only by the Stevie Selection Committee but also by suppliers and business partners (who are mainly responsible for us winning the People’s Choice Award) for delivering a great and consistently high quality service. Everyone can achieve growth, but the magic lies in making money at the same time.
I see the key reason for this success in our ability to keep our existing clients happy before we start looking for new ones. In the past, at other companies, I have experienced excellent sales professionals bringing in client after client, but at the same time existing clients have grown increasingly frustrated by the lack of focus on maintaining a good relationship with them, despite having been with the company for years.
Our structure of assigning Account Managers to our clients, whose only focus is to enhance the client experience, has proven very successful and is definitely a key part of why we achieved our awards. Of course we can always improve as a company, but we are certainly on the right path in our ambition to become the main language services provider to companies in our main target markets. Having tasted success with winning two Gold Stevie Awards, the hunger to achieve further recognition has only grown. And I would be very surprised if we do not add further awards to our collection over the next couple of months, so watch this space!!
