translate plus is a fast-growing language management company, supplying translation, interpreting and other language services to a wide range of clients around the globe. This is a challenging London-based role, and what we require from you is quite simply to apply common sense, be polite and organized and to keep your calm when times are busy. Responsibilities will include: - Management, sourcing and co-ordination of translators, file engineers and desktop publishing specialists
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring translation projects
- Effective communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required: - Experience dealing directly with clients
- Commercial awareness
- Strong oral and written communication skills
It would be a bonus, but not a must, if you have one or more of the following criteria: - You speak another language other than English
- You consider yourself technically-minded
- You have worked in the language industry before
