That's why translate plus have created our linguistic QA service: it enables our clients to achieve a measurable indicator of translation quality. - Our linguistic QA service lets you quantify translation quality—whether you want KPIs (key performance indicators) to benchmark our translation services over time, or you want to understand the quality of translations or amendments provided by your own in-house translators or reviewers.
- We use a unique classification system, scoring translations by specific categories (e.g. spelling, style and syntax) and impact levels (e.g. inconsequential, major and critical).
- Our QA model also takes into account the sample size (in terms of number of words and documents) and the intended usage of the text, to provide you with the most relevant assessment of translation quality.
- We can provide you with individual quality reports, as well as cumulative figures from the client-specific QA database which we'll create for you—so that you can analyze trends and data over time and by language, as well as by project, document or workflow type.
